HOW THE DRAW WORKS — KEY FACTS

Any customer who purchases a Snickers Workwear product from www.workweargurus.com between 10th and 19th June 2025 (inclusive) is automatically entered into the prize draw. No separate registration or entry form is required — your purchase is your entry.
• One entry is awarded per qualifying order placed.
• Eligible entrants will be identified directly from Workwear Gurus' sales data — you do not need to do anything beyond making your purchase.
• The draw will take place on 23rd June 2025 and one winner will be selected at random.
• The winner will be contacted by email before 30th June 2025.
• The prize is a Snickers Workwear bundle worth over £500 RRP (see Section 2 for full details).

2. THE PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the following Snickers Workwear items, with a combined RRP value of over £500:

• Snickers 9122 Kneepads
• Snickers 9110 Water Bottle

Clothing and footwear sizes will be confirmed with the winner prior to despatch. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative.
3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter this Draw, participants must:
• Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry;
• Be resident in the United Kingdom;
• Have placed a qualifying purchase during the Qualifying Period (see Section 4), OR have submitted a free postal entry (see Section 5).
The following persons are not eligible to enter:
• Employees of Cascadic Ltd (trading as Workwear Gurus) and their immediate family members;
• Any person involved in the administration or operation of this Draw.
4. AUTOMATIC ENTRY VIA PURCHASE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The qualifying purchase period runs from 10th June 2025 to 19th June 2025 inclusive (the "Qualifying Period").
Any customer who places an order containing at least one Snickers Workwear product through www.workweargurus.com during the Qualifying Period will be automatically entered into the Draw. No additional action, registration or entry form is required — the purchase itself constitutes entry.
Each separate qualifying order placed will constitute one (1) entry. Customers who place multiple qualifying orders during the Qualifying Period will receive one entry per order. Eligible entries will be compiled directly from Workwear Gurus' sales data. Orders that are subsequently cancelled, returned or refunded in full prior to the Draw will be disqualified.
5. FREE POSTAL ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

No purchase is required to enter this Draw. To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard or letter including your full name, postal address and email address to:

Free postal entries must be received by 19th June 2025. One free postal entry per person will be accepted, equivalent to one qualifying purchase entry. Bulk entries and entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.
6. THE DRAW

The Draw will take place on 23rd June 2025. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING THE PRIZE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. The winner will be contacted by email before 30th June 2025, using the address associated with their order (or, for postal entries, the address provided).
2. The winner must respond within 14 days of the notification being sent to claim their prize. If no response is received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
3. The prize will be despatched to the winner's UK address at no cost to the winner. All delivery costs are borne by the Promoter.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner prior to awarding the prize, including confirming that a qualifying purchase was made and that the order was not subsequently cancelled or refunded.
8. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The Promoter does not intend to publicly announce the winner's name. However, in accordance with advertising industry guidelines, the first name, surname initial and county of residence of the winner may be made available upon written request to the Promoter within three (3) months of the Draw date. Requests should be sent to the postal address in Section 1.
9. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

Cascadic Ltd is the data controller in respect of personal data collected in connection with this Draw. Personal data provided by entrants will be processed for the purpose of administering the Draw, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and delivering the prize. This processing is carried out on the basis of the Promoter's legitimate interests in running the promotion.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment (e.g. a delivery carrier), and will be retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out above, or as required by law.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw this Draw at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In such circumstances the Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by entrants as a result.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to technical failures or any cause beyond its reasonable control.
3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4. These Terms and Conditions do not affect the statutory rights of entrants.
