Warranty claims on products purchased from Workwear Gurus

We sell quality products from quality brands. That said, sometimes things can go wrong. Where there is a fault with a product it may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We, at Workwear Gurus, are very happy to try to help you if you are faced with a situation where you need to claim for a replacement. 

In order for us to represent your claim, manufacturers require specific information around the problem you've experienced with their product. Please use the forms below to submit the necessary information. Please provide as much clear detail as possible to support the claim. 

Each manufacturer has different policy for guaranties on their products. We will check whether we feel your claim could be eligible under their warranty policies and represent your case, if so. We ask you allow at least a week for them to respond to us. We will always aim to be back in touch with you as soon as we can with any decision or next steps.

The manufacturer may decide based on the evidence you send here. Or they may request to physically check the items themselves before adjudicating. So the clearer the evidence on these forms, the better.

Please note that if successfully granted, a direct replacement of your purchase will be provided. A Workwear Gurus store credit to purchase an alternative item will only be offered in very exceptional circumstances where the item you purchased is no longer available. Note that we can't offer refunds under the warranty schemes. Refunds are only given for a 'change-of-mind situation' which must take place when the product is unused. Refunds are governed by our standard returns policy
