Dispatch timescales

Dispatch is normally made within 2-3 working days.

To stock such a massive selection of items in all sizes and colours, and to serve customers across multiple countries, we hold and draw stock from several warehouses across a number of countries. This helps us rapidly dispatch orders to lots of worldwide locations. It also enables us to offer fuller ranges and more options for our customers than most other sellers. Please note therefore, that if one or more items ordered requires transfer this can increase the timeframe to 5 working days.

If the order is urgent then please contact us first to be absolutely sure.

Rest assured, we always try to get things out as quickly as possible.

Please note that Mascot deliveries are particularly slow at the moment for all UK dealers. These can take 1-2 weeks in total to deliver where we have to transfer items in from them. Despite this, we believe we are still one of, if not, the fastest UK suppliers of their full range.

Shipping worldwide, safely and securely, every day

We send many items overseas every day so you can rest assured delivery is secure and rapid. All items get sent tracked delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

 Shipping costs

We use a careful selection of the top delivery companies to provide the cheapest, most secure and rapid delivery for your order. The exact cost is calculated at checkout as it varies considerably by size of order, weight and the location it is being shipped to. We aim to provide best possible value so never charge more than the cost of sending the items and we often bear some of the cost ourselves.

International shipping costs can be high and quite variable. We do our best to calculate the correct amount and in well over 99% of cases this is correct. Very occasionally shipping costs may exceed the amount quoted when the items are packaged up. On the rare occasions where this does happen we may come back and ask if you want to proceed with the delivery at the revised rate. You would obviously have the right to cancel if you don't.

Delivery in the UK 

We offer free shipping on every order over £100 in the UK. This is to any postcode in the UK, regardless of location. 
All other orders will cost from £2.99 for delivery - the amount is determined by the size and weight of the order and will de shown at the checkout. We keep prices as low as possible and only charge the amount it costs to send the item, often less.

Overseas Deliveries

Delivery to USA, Canada 

We supply a massive selection to the US and Canada. The cost starts at $6.75 USD or $8.75 CAD. Please allow 7-10 working days shipping time after dispatch for delivery. In most normal times this can be less. 

Deliveries to European countries

We ship daily to Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Scandanavia - indeed, across all of Europe. The cost starts at €.5.75.  Please allow 7 working days shipping time after dispatch for delivery.

Deliveries to Australia and New Zealand

Delivery to Australia and NZ is straightforward. The cost starts at $9.25 AUD or $10.25 NZD. Please allow 7-10 working day for delivery after dispatch. In most normal times this can be less. 

Deliveries to the rest of the world

If you can select it in the checkout, we deliver there. We try to cover as much of the world as possible. However, we may still deliver to your destination even if this doesn't appear at checkout. If you have any special request then please email us. Please allow 7-14 working days shipping time after dispatch for your item to be delivered

Please also note that any additional duties and taxes that may be due in your country will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Advice for all deliveries

We strongly recommend that that you arrange delivery to an address where somebody will actually be present to receive the order. However, if there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will normally leave a card or contact you via email or your phone. You can then re-arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot. If you request that goods are 'left in a safe location' Workwear Gurus cannot be responsible for missing items or damage to your parcel and are unfortunately unable to help you claim for any loss.

Overseas undelivered items

Please make sure the address and contact information provided for deliveries is correct and complete. Any items that are undelivered due to either incorrect or incomplete information, refusal of delivery or any failure to pay any duties or taxes (if applicable) will not have shipping fees refunded. These costs have already been incurred by us when sending the item/s and are unfortunately not recoverable. Likewise, costs incurred to bring a failed delivery back to us will be decremented from any refund.

Please note all overseas items are sent tracked delivery. Tracking details are provided to customers on email. While the delivery company may contact the customer via the details provided to them, it is ultimately on you, the customer to manage the delivery with the courier company once dispatched. The customer has responsibility to check that any taxes, duties due at the border have been addressed and sorted. Likewise, in the event of a customer not being home for a delivery, couriers will normally contact a customer with re-delivery options. However, this can vary by country and it is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking and rearrange a delivery following a failed attempt, if necessary.

We will re-send item/s back to an overseas customer on request but will request additional payment solely to cover the cost of shipping to do so - we can quote for this, if needed.  Any overseas order that is not re-sent will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
