We strive to offer the best workwear from around the world at the best prices. As well as fantastic customer service. We are constantly checking the market to ensure we are highly competitive, but we all know that prices can fluctuate. We therefore offer an additional pledge so that you can go ahead and buy in confidence.

If, following any purchase with us, you find the product at a lower price elsewhere then you can contact us for a price match refund under our Price Guarantee.

Just email us your order number to help@workweargurus.com under the subject PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. Please include :

1) a screenshot of the product on the other site where you have seen your purchase at a cheaper price

2) a direct link to this product.

We’ll respond within 1 working day, and refund you, if indeed it meets a few basic criteria.

Here are the conditions:

• The product must be exactly like-for-like. The item needs to be the same colour and size, have the same base product code. Their returns policy should be at least 30 days, in line with ours.
• The request to match the price should be made within 24 hours of your purchase with us.
• The price that you request us to match must be available at the point that we check the link you send us. We commit to do this within 1 working day following the receipt of your claim.
• This price match guarantee does not match free gift or promotional voucher discounts offers, only the price of the product itself.
• No other discount or offer can be used on your purchase with us if we agree to beat a competitor price.
• The price you ask us to match must be from a UK registered company only. The company must be permitted to sell the particular branded product. We take a strong stand against potential counterfeit and stolen goods and will not price match unauthorised retailers, private sellers or third party retailers. Unfortunately we can’t match sellers from other countries.
