Among the different types of footwear you may choose for work, trainers are an often overlooked one. They are designed for light working conditions, so some see them as the inferior option to boots or wellingtons. Buckler safety trainers exist in stark contrast to this notion. Buckbootz uses the “light working” nature of work trainers to place a focus on comfort and flexibility, rather than seeing it as a restriction on the design. That isn’t to say that work trainers can’t excel as much as conventional boots though. Their rubber outsoles, aside from shock absorption to reduce fatigue, give Buck safety trainers a superior grip, longer life, and maximum heat and oil resistance. All in something that can be worn as much casually as at work.

      Buckler Safety Trainer features

Buckler shows their consistent quality and attention to detail with the features they constantly pack into their trainers. The non-marking rubber outsoles they use pair great with their special injection-molded thermo-polyurethane uppers to form a trainer that is both lightweight and breathable; perfect qualities for a versatile trainer to have.

A buckler sneaker will still have the same fundamental features as any other pair of Buckler safety footwear, including the toe cap and midsole. The difference, however, is that because trainers are purpose-built for light working conditions, all Buckler trainers use composite toe caps and midsoles rather than steel, which makes the trainers lighter and enables the boot to become anti-static and dissipate any electrical build-up that you pick up from moving. Buckler trainers have certified electrostatic discharge class 2 (ESD) which also helps achieve this effect.

What would any piece of safety footwear be without an effective outsole? Buckbootz trainers don’t disappoint in this area either. All Buckler trainers have non-marking soles that are both oil and slip-resistant to the highest levels, greatly reducing the likelihood of losing your grip whilst wearing them and any potential accident that may arise because of said accident.

One of the standout Buckler trainers is the KEZ S1 P safety lace trainer. This excellent pair of trainers has more features than some fully-fledged work boots do, while effortlessly maintaining the casual trainer look. There are additionally the Guyz safety lace trainers and Liz trainers are counterparts of each other, with each aimed at men and women respectively. Both have the same features with the main variation being the sizes the trainer is available in. They are still as feature-filled as the KEZ trainers.

Buckler trainers such as these will be great for work in the engineering, utilities, and maintenance industries.

      Sizing of Buckler Safety Trainers

It is crucial to get your feet in the correct place whilst you are wearing the trainers, to make good use of the included toe cap, and to achieve the intended comfort.
