Christmas and New Year Operating Hours

Our warehouse and customer services will remain open throughout the Christmas and New Year period, closing only on the following dates:

  • 25th December
  • 26th December
  • 1st January

We will continue to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible during this time.

Delivery Deadlines for Pre-Christmas and Pre-New Year Orders

To give your orders the best chance of arriving before Christmas or New Year, please follow the suggested cut-off dates below. These are guidelines, and while some items may arrive sooner, others could take longer.

If your order has a specific deadline, we recommend contacting us directly to ensure we can meet your needs.

For international deliveries, please refer to the Shipping Information section on our website for estimated transit times.

Brand Specific Cut-Off Dates

  • Mascot:
    Order by 12th December for pre-Christmas UK delivery. The Mascot warehouse in Denmark will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period, so we recommend placing pre-New Year orders as early as possible.

  • Blåkläder and Helly Hansen:
    Order by 13th December for pre-Christmas UK delivery. These brands will also close during the festive period, so early orders are advised for pre-New Year delivery.

  • Rock Fall:
    Order by 15th December for pre-Christmas and New Year UK delivery. The brand will close from 24th December to 2nd January.

  • Regatta Professional:
    Order by 16th December for pre-Christmas and New Year UK delivery. Regatta Professional will also close from 24th December to 2nd January.

  • Snickers and Solid Gear:
    Order by 6th December to ensure pre-Christmas UK delivery. While we will do our best to expedite orders placed after this date, these brands have stated they cannot guarantee delivery closer to Christmas.

  • All Other Brands:
    Order by 18th December for pre-Christmas UK delivery.

Gift Vouchers and Extended Returns

  • Gift Vouchers:
    If you’re unsure about sizing, color, or delivery times, consider purchasing a Workwear Gurus gift voucher. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any item on our store, making them the perfect solution for last-minute or undecided shoppers.

  • Extended December Returns Policy:
    Items purchased in December can be returned for a refund or exchange until 31st January 2025
